DJ Booth Media Room
A stylish basement media room combining cinema performance with integrated DJ entertainment.
Working alongside Gloria from Tailored Living, we designed and installed a bespoke basement media room that perfectly balances high-performance audio-visuals with refined interior design. This project highlights our ability to collaborate with leading designers to create spaces that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are technically advanced.
To maintain the room's clean lines, we utilised an acoustically transparent screen to hide the LCR speakers and in-wall subwoofer. This creates a "stealth" aesthetic without compromising on audio impact. The Sonance 5.1 system provides audiophile-grade clarity, while a JVC projector and 118-inch perforated screen offer a truly immersive visual experience.
The room is designed for versatility; in addition to the cinema setup, we integrated Pioneer DJ decks in the bar area for high-energy entertaining. The entire environment is managed by Control4 automation, giving the client effortless control over the AV and lighting, and even providing smart notifications for home security.
The result is a sophisticated, multi-purpose entertainment space that demonstrates our expertise in delivering seamless, high-end integration for the modern home.
