Smart Home Renovation
A future-ready smart home renovation with integrated AV, lighting, networking, and climate control.
Working in close collaboration with Tailored Living, the property’s builders, and the client, we designed and delivered a comprehensive smart home infrastructure for this substantial renovation. This project showcases our ability to manage complex, multi-layered systems—ensuring that advanced technology and aesthetic elegance work in total harmony.
The backbone of the home is a high-speed, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi network and a seamless TV distribution system, configured for both Sky and international French channels. To enhance the home’s atmosphere and security, we integrated Rako scene-set lighting control throughout the property, along with climate controls and a secure video door-entry system. Every element is centralised and managed via a professionally organised AV rack, which was pre-built and tested off-site to ensure a rapid, "plug-and-play" installation with zero on-site troubleshooting.
Looking toward the future, we also designed and pre-wired a dedicated space for a home cinema, allowing the client to easily install a high-end theatre at a later date without any further structural disruption. The result is a refined, intuitive residence where intelligent technology simplifies daily life while remaining entirely discreet.
