Advanced corporate boardroom AV systems engineered for modern communication and presentation needs.
For the opening of Sterigenics’ new facility, we were commissioned to design and install two state-of-the-art boardroom AV systems. This project required close coordination with the site management and building contractors from the early infrastructure phase, ensuring a seamless integration of advanced technology within a high-functioning corporate environment.
The primary 18-seat boardroom was engineered for high-impact communication. It features a commanding 98-inch commercial display paired with a Logitech Rally conferencing system. To ensure crystal-clear audio throughout the room, we utilised Triad amplification and Sonance in-ceiling speakers, all managed via an intuitive Control4 touchscreen. For maximum flexibility, presenters can connect via a lectern-mounted input panel or utilise the Barco ClickShare system to wirelessly share content from anywhere in the room.
The secondary 12-seat meeting room mirrors this high standard, utilising an 86-inch display and a consistent Logitech/Barco hardware stack. This uniformity ensures that staff can move between rooms and operate the technology with total confidence. By handling the project from infrastructure design through final configuration and handover, we delivered a robust, user-friendly solution that empowers the Sterigenics team to collaborate effortlessly with their global partners.
