This media room project provided some interesting acoustic challenges given that the space was a small, oddly-shaped attic. Careful consideration was given to speaker positioning, and — with some room tuning following installation — we were able to provide a fairly smooth response across the listening area, and a wide, spatial feel to the sound.

The Dolby Atmos 5.2.4 set up envelopes the listening area, coupled with the JVC DLA series projector, which provides true 4K and HDR compatibility, images are vivid and lifelike, and the viewing experience is wildly immersive. Lighting and HVAC were also integrated into the control system for the room, ensuring the environment is always optimised.
