For this corporate project, Sonic Vision designed and installed two fully equipped boardroom AV systems for Sterigenics’ new facility in Markham Vale. The spaces — one 18-seat boardroom and one 12-seat meeting room — required advanced video conferencing and presentation capabilities to support seamless collaboration.

The larger boardroom features a 98-inch wall-mounted commercial display, Logitech Rally camera and mic pods, Triad amplification, and Sonance in-ceiling speakers, all managed via a Control4 touchscreen interface for effortless operation. A lectern-mounted input panel allows presenters to connect directly at the front of the room, while a Barco ClickShare system enables wireless content sharing from any seat.

The smaller 12-seat meeting room includes an 86-inch display, Logitech Rally conferencing setup, desk plugin point, and Barco ClickShare, providing consistent performance and intuitive functionality across both spaces.
